Warranty

At Vanity Decors, we stand behind the quality, safety, and craftsmanship of our shower doors and bathroom products. This Limited Warranty is designed to give you confidence in your purchase and support long-lasting performance under normal residential use.

This warranty applies only to Vanity Decors products purchased directly from Vanity Decors or an authorized seller. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, is non-transferable, and applies only when the product remains installed in its original residential location.

1. Warranty Coverage at a Glance

Vanity Decors provides limited warranty coverage for the following product components under normal residential use:

Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, improper cleaning, and damage caused after installation are not covered.

2. Hardware Finishes — Lifetime Limited Warranty

Vanity Decors hardware finishes are covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Covered hardware may include original handles, hinges, rollers, brackets, towel bars, guide blocks, profiles, clips, and other hardware components included with the product.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, surface scratches, dents, discoloration caused by harsh cleaners, chemical exposure, hard water, improper maintenance, misuse, or environmental conditions beyond normal residential use.

3. Glass Components — 5-Year Limited Warranty

Vanity Decors glass components are covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

This warranty does not cover scratches, chips, water spots, mineral buildup, glass breakage after installation, impact damage, or damage caused by improper installation, improper handling, misuse, or improper cleaning.

4. Shower Seal Strips — 1-Year Limited Warranty

Shower seal strips, sweeps, gaskets, and other vinyl or rubber components are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Normal wear and tear, discoloration, hardening, deformation, water exposure, mineral buildup, or deterioration from regular use are not considered manufacturing defects.

5. What This Warranty Covers

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, provided that:

• The product was purchased from Vanity Decors or an authorized seller.
• The product was installed according to the installation instructions.
• The product has not been modified, altered, or misused.
• The product has been properly cleaned and maintained.
• Valid proof of purchase is provided.

6. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation, installation by unqualified personnel, or installation that does not follow the product manual.
• Removal, reinstallation, labor, adjustment, repair, or related service costs.
• Damage caused by accidents, impact, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning, abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, bleach, ammonia, acidic or alkaline cleaners, alcohol, wax, solvents, or scouring materials.
• Scratches, chips, water spots, mineral buildup, corrosion, normal finish aging, or normal wear and tear.
• Glass breakage after installation unless Vanity Decors determines it was caused by a manufacturing defect.
• Damage caused by hard water, environmental conditions, chemical exposure, or lack of regular maintenance.
• Damage during shipping or delivery that is not reported within the required claim period.
• Products used in commercial, rental, hospitality, multi-unit, or non-residential applications, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Products that have been altered, modified, repaired, or installed with non-original parts.

7. Warranty Remedies

If a product or component is found by Vanity Decors to be defective within the applicable warranty period, Vanity Decors may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective part.
• Provide a replacement part or comparable component.
• Provide a replacement product of equal or comparable value if the original product is no longer available.
• Issue store credit toward a future Vanity Decors purchase.

Warranty service is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or part. Vanity Decors is not responsible for labor, removal, reinstallation, installation materials, freight, incidental expenses, or consequential damages.

Any replacement part or product provided under warranty will be covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty.

8. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Vanity Decors Customer Support before returning any product or part. Returns or warranty shipments sent without prior approval may be refused.

Please include the following information:

• Name, phone number, email address, and shipping address.
• Order number or proof of purchase.
• Product model number, SKU, color, and finish.
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• A detailed description of the problem.
• Installation photos, if requested.

Vanity Decors will review the claim and determine whether the product or part qualifies for warranty coverage.

9. Care and Maintenance

To help protect your product and maintain warranty coverage, clean glass and hardware regularly with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Rinse thoroughly and dry after cleaning.

Do not use abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, bleach, ammonia, acids, alcohol, wax, solvents, or scouring cleaners on glass, hardware finishes, seal strips, or other components.

Improper care or cleaning may void the warranty.

10. Legal Disclaimer

This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty provided by Vanity Decors and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Vanity Decors shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, loss of use, property damage, or other related expenses.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

Vanity Decors reserves the right to update or modify this Limited Warranty at any time. Warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to the product purchased.
