Return Policy

At VanityDecors, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If an item is not the right fit for your space, our team is here to help make the return, exchange, or refund process clear and smooth.


General Returns

Most items purchased from VanityDecors may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided that:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and unassembled

  • The item is returned in its original condition and original packaging

  • The return request is approved in advance

  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is obtained

Returns sent without prior approval or without an RMA will be refused and will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part.Non-defective returns are subject to return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee, both of which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Our customer service team is always happy to assist you in selecting a replacement product or guiding you through the return process.


Oversized & Fragile Item Returns

Due to the size, weight, and fragile nature of shower doors and other oversized glass items, customers may not return these items on their own.

For oversized or fragile items, customers must contact VanityDecors Customer Service before shipping the item back so freight return logistics can be arranged. A return shipping coordination fee will apply in addition to any applicable restocking fee.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items that have been installed, assembled, modified, or altered

  • Items missing original packaging, parts, hardware, accessories, manuals, or protective materials

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, improper installation, or customer-caused damage

  • Items returned after the approved return window

  • Items returned without prior approval or without a valid RMA number


Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product issue

  • Photos of the packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage

  • A brief description of the problem

For confirmed damage, defect, missing parts, or incorrect items, return shipping fees do not apply. VanityDecors will prioritize sending replacement parts or a replacement product whenever possible. Depending on the situation and product availability, we may also offer a partial refund or full refund.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be denied if the issue cannot be verified.


Exchanges

For non-defective exchanges, customers are responsible for placing a new order for the replacement item. The original item must be returned in unused, uninstalled, unassembled condition and in its original packaging with a valid RMA number.

If the replacement item costs more, the customer is responsible for the price difference. If the replacement item costs less, the price difference may be refunded after the original item is received and inspected.


Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled through the standard return process.


How to Start a Return

1. Please log into your account and visit the “My Orders” section, or contact our customer support team at support@vanitydecors.com.

2. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. Pack the item(s) securely, using the original packaging and making sure all parts are included.

4. Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions and an RMA number. Do not ship any item back before receiving approval and an RMA number.

5. Ship the item(s) within 10 Business Days of receiving return approval. Returns initiated after this window will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

(1) What Situations Qualify for a Refund?

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Order Cancellation
    Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

  • Returned Products
    Items returned within 30 days of delivery that meet our return conditions may receive a refund minus return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

  • Price Difference for Exchanges
    If you exchange an item for one of lower value, the price difference will be refunded. If the replacement item costs more, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

  • Missing or Defective Items
    If your order is missing items or contains defective products, we may issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on availability.

  • Other Approved Situations
    In certain cases not listed above, refunds may be approved at our discretion. Please contact customer support so we can review your request.
(2) Refund Options

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following refund methods:

  • Original payment method

  • Store credit (issued as reward points, never expires, and can be used on any future VanityDecors purchase)
(3) Refund Processing Time
  • Once your return is received, VanityDecors will inspect the item within 5 business days.

  • If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Other payment methods may take up to 14 days to fully process.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

If a returned item does not pass inspection, no refund will be issued, and the item may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.


Extended Holiday Return Policy

For items purchased between November 1 and December 31, returns are accepted until January 31 of the following year, provided all other return conditions are met.
